Yesterday, or rather, wednesday was a pretty great day!

So, 3 guys went out of camp in the morning because we had the day off. Why did we have the day off? Thats classified information because its related to the army. We did have the day off, thats all one should know. Kenny, Jeremy and Me.

So, after completing the pre-requisites for having the day off, we went to the Singapore Discovery Centre. Upon arrival, i, found out that the McDonalds at the SDC was no longer there. And Kenny found out that there WAS a McDonalds at the SDC, but its no longer around.

I don't know what Jeremy realised.

Since we discovered that there was no more McDonald's there, we have nothing left to discover at the SDC, so we left. Onward to Jurong Point!

And we had McFood at JP. Its like going to WhiteCastle, just that its a less perilous journey. And its a rental car. We just had to have McFood for breakfast, i don't know why.

THEN we went to Dairy Farm Road. Kenny wanted to look at rock walls, he has a fetish for all the rock walls in the world. We met a friendly old man. Very different from the grunty Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino, "urngh".

No ghost stories about that place, not that i know of anyway...

THEN, we went back to camp, to get changed.

Getting bored now?

Here comes the good part, we went to pick THE Girlfriend up, and we headed towards ABC market for THE best charsiew in Singapore. Nobody should dispute that.

Even your $500 charsiew from whatever n^n* restaurant cannot compare to this humble $10 portion of delightful, sweet, and sinfully fatty bbq-ed pork. Nothing in Singapore can stand against this, at least nothing i've ever tried can.

I've got no pictures of the charsiew, i just wanted to eat. How would i be able to take pictures if i just left camp? Go figure. No pictures.

Jeremy felt that the rice didn't quite not suck.

Boss brand canned coffee is good, i can go on and on and on and on ad infinitum.

So, after much insistence, Jeremy still did not want to go test drive the Laguna with us, so we had to drop the bugger off at RedHill MRT Station. He was past his bedtime you see.

We then headed to Wearnes, a great place for service if you wanna buy a Renault. Even if the service sucked, you have no choice if you wanna buy a Renault. But for GREAT service, look for Billy or Raymond, great guys these two.

So i test drove the Laguna, and Kenny and THE Girlfriend were test passengers. I loved the car, they loved the car, for that price point, its hard to beat. IF only it were RWD. IF.

And we test sat the Megane R26 and Clio R27. No pictures for you, go to topgear.com to find out.

And we headed to Turf City to return the Fielder and went to forward with test driving the GT-R in mind. But the boss wasn't around and thus THE Girlfriend wasn't able to pull any strings. So we didn't get to test drive the GT-R A great car nonetheless, a work of art, they don't even need to make it a convertible.

Jurong Point it was again!

We played Taiko till our hands blistered, and we watched 17 Again, which wasn't half bad. And then dinner at pepper lunch, more taiko, arcade basketball game, arcade sniper game, drums mania and then THE Girlfriend went home, and Kenny and i went back to camp to sleep.

End of account.

Pretty fruitful but i've got no pictures.
